From the showroom we take Highway 49 south to Martell, then Highway 104 west down the hill into Ione. From Plymouth and the Shenandoah Valley, Highway 124 runs straight south into town.

Do I need a permit to replace countertops in Ione?
No. Countertop replacement does not need a building permit. If the project becomes a kitchen remodel that relocates plumbing or electrical, our licensed team pulls the permit through the City of Ione for addresses inside city limits or the Amador County Building Department for Camanche and the surrounding area.
