When you submit an estimate request or contact form, schedule an appointment, or otherwise reach out, we collect the information you provide, typically your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and details about your project. If you apply for financing, that application is handled directly by our third-party financing provider (Synchrony) under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not collect or store your financing application details.

Information collected automatically. When you use our site, we and our analytics and advertising providers automatically collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, scroll depth, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage) for these purposes, for example to distinguish new from returning visitors.

Advertising attribution.If you arrive from an online ad or campaign, we capture identifiers from the link, such as the Google click identifier (“gclid”) and UTM campaign tags, along with your landing page and referrer, and store them with any request you later submit so we can understand which marketing brings in customers.

  • Service providers who operate our site and business on our behalf, including our website host (Netlify), our database host (Supabase), our email delivery provider (Resend), and our analytics and advertising providers (Google).

Third-Party Services & Embeds

Some pages include content or tools provided by third parties, which may collect information under their own privacy policies, including the Roomvo room visualizer, Google Maps and Street View, YouTube video embeds, Synchrony financing, and links to review platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, Nextdoor). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

Data Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide our services, and meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to our providers’ settings and policies.
