Barron's Flooring & Home is operated by HT Construction, Inc. (CSLB #1102117), 100 Ridge Rd, Sutter Creek, CA 95685. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. Our Products & Services

Barron’s sells and professionally installs flooring, cabinets, countertops, and related home products, and provides remodeling and design services. Information on this site describes our offerings in general; specific products, brands, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice.

Estimates, Quotes & Pricing

Requesting an estimate or submitting a form does not create a contract. Estimates and quotes are provided for your convenience, are non-binding, and may be revised after an in-home measurement or further review. Pricing, promotions, product availability, and lead times are subject to change. A binding agreement is formed only through a written sales order or contract signed by you and Barron’s, which will govern the specific terms of your project.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Submit false, misleading, or another person’s information through our forms.
  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, or use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data from it.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, project photographs, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Barron's Flooring & Home or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Submissions & Reviews

The room visualizer (powered by Roomvo) and the product and project images on this site are for illustration only. Colors, textures, patterns, and finishes vary by screen, lighting, dye lot, and material, and renderings are approximations. Always confirm a selection with a physical sample at our showroom before ordering.

Third-Party Links & Services

This site links to and embeds third-party services, including the Roomvo visualizer, Google Maps, YouTube, Synchrony financing, manufacturer websites, and review platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. Financing is offered by third-party lenders subject to credit approval and their terms.

Warranties & Disclaimers

Workmanship and product warranties, when applicable, are described in your signed sales order or contract and in the manufacturer’s warranty for the products purchased; manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by Barron’s. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of Liability
