From Sutter Creek we take Highway 49 south to Jackson, Highway 88 west to Highway 12, then Highway 12 east into Valley Springs, where it meets Highway 26. It is mostly open two-lane road, about 25 miles door to door.
Full kitchens run about 6 to 10 weeks from contract to the finished floor, full bathrooms about 3 to 5 weeks. A written proposal with the layout and each selection comes before anything is ordered, and there is one point of contact from the first measure to the last fixture.
